POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Assist in filing duties.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
• Reroute calls to appropriate people.
• Perform data entry.
Paint Clerk Essential Duties:
• Process all paint orders for the department, which includes but is not limited to, blast supplies and
painter supplies.
• Responsible for moving paint carts within JD Edwards.
• Prepare daily reports for department.
